- To our accountant or bookkeeper for invoicing and tax purposes
- To Google through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as described in section 5
- To law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law or where we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with legal process
- To the Victorian Building Authority or Building and Plumbing Commission where required for registration and compliance purposes
We do not disclose your personal information to parties located overseas except where Google processes analytics data on servers that may be located internationally.

We retain your personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. For domestic building projects subject to the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995, records are retained for the applicable statutory warranty period which is a minimum of 7 years for structural work.

- Request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete
- Make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information
