5. The 8-Week Delivery Guarantee

Information about our 8-week delivery guarantee and associated terms is provided on this Website for marketing purposes. The guarantee applies to residential joinery projects only and is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be set out in your individual service contract.

The guarantee does not apply to commercial fitout projects, projects where Northside Joinery and Installation is engaged as a subcontractor to a head contractor who controls site access, or any other project category excluded in your individual contract.

The $1,000 per week payment for late completion is structured as a liquidated damages provision in your service contract and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and caps set out in that contract. Website references to this figure are marketing communications only.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this Website including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements is owned by or licensed to Northside Joinery and Installation and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our written consent.

No contract exists between you and Northside Joinery and Installation until a formal quote has been accepted and a deposit has been paid in accordance with our service terms.

The $175 precision measure fee referred to on this Website is payable at the time of booking a site measure. This fee is credited in full against your job if you proceed with our services. The fee is non-refundable if you do not proceed.
